Private parking for slip holders is provided on the west side of the Marina. The magnetic member’s card will
give access to this lot plus access to the dock gates.
Ships’ Store
A complete ships’ store featuring Millies Boutique for all your beach and sportswear, marine accessories, fishing tackle, live bait, O’Brien skis, water toys, boards and accessories and a gasoline dock, plus convenience store items such as groceries, sandwiches and sundries.
We now offer beer and wine to go
The marina and store are open 6am-10pm 7 days a week for your convenience.
Oasis Restaurant and Lakeview Bar
The floating Oasis Restaurant and Lakeview Bar, adjacent to the marina store, offers one of the greatest views of Joe Pool Lake and the surrounding area for your dining and entertainment pleasure. The restaurant features great food, great drinks and great entertainment. Both the Dallas Morning News and the Fort Worth Star Telegram food editors have recognize the Oasis as a premier place to dine. The restaurant is a gathering place for our patrons and their friends. There is live entertainment on the weekends in our Lakeview Bar or on our outside deck. The Oasis is also available for your private, corporate parties and business meetings.

Boat Services
All Seasons Marine, Inc. is located on the premises and can provide all of your boat repair service needs–from a tune-up to a major overhaul. For sales or service inquiries, dial them at 817-633-2248.
Trailer Storage
Trailer storage is available for Slip owners in a fenced and locked area adjacent to the Marina for an annual cost of $325.00
Security
24 hour security is provided. Security gates with magnetic security card access for tenants only. One card is issued with each slip lease. Lost cards will be replaced for a $25.00 fee. Additional cards may be purchased at $25.00 for the first and $50.00 for each subsequent one. The slip holders parking lot are accessed throught Security Gate using security cards.
Yacht Club
Lynn Creek Yacht Club is located at the marina and the membership is open to all. They host special events and a year round schedule of sailing races. The yacht club also hosts and conducts the annual Mayday Regatta.
