Rules and Regulations

1. Don’t beach the boat or pull up to shore at any time ($500.00 Charge if caught)

2. Don’t pick up people from the shore at any time (Keep 100 yards from shore)

3. Don’t Overload boat according to guidelines ($500.00 Charge if caught)

4. Obey all no Wake Zones at all times

5. All Children 12 and under must wear life jackets at all times while on the boat

6. All Boats must be back at scheduled return time or will result in $75.00 Charge for every 10 min.

7. Boat Operator must not be intoxicated at any time or will result in DUI

8. Please keep boat clean- NO PETS---NO SMOKING AT ANY TIME

9. You understand you will be liable for all damages and will be charged

10. You agree to not let anyone else operate the boat beside designated driver

11. You will follow all boater safety rules and regulations

12. You agree to abide by the TPWD rules and regulations

13. You will have a spotter if in tow of a tuber or skier at all times
